Dr. Brady Stephens, President
Rev. Russell Wooten, Vice President
Rev. Melody Smith
Dr. Stephens serves as pastor at Homeland
Community Church in Parkersburg, West
Virginia. Prior to that he served churches in
North Carolina, Virginia, and Ohio.  He was a
Crusade Director for Clyde Dupin Ministries
for 3 years.  He is an ordained minister in
The Wesleyan Church and a certified coach
and coach trainer in The Wesleyan Coaching
Network.  His teaching experience includes
serving as an adjunct professor in the
Criminal Justice program at Ohio Valley
University and as an adjunct instructor at the
West Virginia Corrections Academy.

He is a graduate of the West Virginia State
Police Academy, has a B.A. In Biblical
Studies and a M.A. in Ministry from Carolina
University of Theology and a Ph.D. in
Religion from Christian Bible College in
Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Rev. Wooten serves as pastor of Vienna
Wesleyan Church in Vienna, West Virginia.  
Prior to that he was an associate pastor at
Homeland Community Church.  He has also
served churches in Ohio.

He is a graduate of the Washington D.C.
Police Academy and the Pennsylvania State
Police Academy.  He serves on the board of
directors for the Women's Care Center in
Parkersburg.  And he was elected to six
terms as President of The National Treasury
Employees Union.
Rev. Smith is the Children's
at Homeland
Community Church in
Parkersburg, West Virginia.  
She studied journalism at
Ohio University and
at Oklahoma Wesleyan
Dr. Gregory Tyree
The Dean of the Leadership
Enrichment Academy for
Pastors, Gregory Tyree,
D.Min., Ph.D., has served
four congregations in three
states, including his current
church, GracePointe Baptist
Church, which he founded in
2005. As a long-term
bi-vocational pastor, Greg
intimately understands the
needs of small church and
bi-vocational pastors. His
many books and resources
are geared to help busy
pastors and lay-leaders
serve the Church of Christ.
In 2013, Greg founded the
Association of Small Church
Pastors (ASCP), which has
grown significantly in recent
